Raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Molly has always had a passion of the outdoors. In 2013, after being introduced to duck hunting and the retriever world, she was given the opportunity to begin working for Bo at Ridgemark Retrievers. Though she had no previous as a dog trainer, she was excited to learn. Beginning as a bird technician for Bo, she quickly realized that training was her true passion. Today she works as a full time assistant at Ridgemark.
