Advanced Dog Training Program

All dogs entering the advanced dog program must have completed a gun dog program including obedience, force fetch and formal basic duck dog training. We typically like the dog to see a full duck season as a gun dog before entering the advanced dog program but this is the owners choice.

The advanced dog program is also a four month program. The first 2 months of the program will include three handed casting and the land T and water T drills, also known as the baseball drill. Once this is complete we move on to angle casting and decheating drills. We would expect your dog to be running finished level land and water blinds at the end of the fourth month.
